02. Service information and pricing
We strive to provide accurate descriptions of our design packages and pricing. However, we reserve the right to correct any errors or update pricing at any time. All prices are displayed in USD. Payments are made in USD via PayPal, which may convert the amount to your local currency. Promotional pricing and discounts are valid for a limited time and may be subject to additional conditions.
03. Orders and payments
By submitting a booking form on our website, you are making a request to purchase the selected design package. Your order is confirmed only after payment has been received and acknowledged by MinLee Designs. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including cases of suspected fraudulent activity or errors in pricing.
After you submit a booking form, you will be given a secure PayPal payment link for the total order amount. All payments are processed securely by PayPal. MinLee Designs does not store or have access to your payment card or bank details.
04. Delivery
All designs are delivered digitally as PDF files via email within 1–4 days of order confirmation, depending on the package. Delivery times are estimates and may vary in exceptional circumstances. We will notify you promptly if a delay is expected. It is your responsibility to provide a valid and accessible email address for delivery.
05. Returns and refunds
Our Refund Policy governs the process and conditions for cancellations and refunds. Please refer to the Refund Policy on our website for full details. As our services are custom and digital, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
06. Intellectual property
All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and design work, is the property of MinLee Designs or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Designs created for you, including mood boards, layout plans, shopping lists and 3D renderings, are for your personal use only. You may not resell, redistribute, or commercially use our work without prior written consent. MinLee Designs reserves the right to display completed designs in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing at the time of booking.
07. Limitation of liability
In no event shall MinLee Designs, its directors, employees, or team members be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services. We make no warranties regarding the availability of specific products featured in our designs, as stock availability is subject to third-party retailers. MinLee Designs is not responsible for any decisions made based on the design content, including purchases made at recommended stores.
