Do I need measurements?
Basic room measurements are helpful, but we can guide you through exactly what we need.
Can you use furniture stores in my country?
Yes. We create shopping lists using retailers that are available in your location whenever possible.
How long does the design process take?
Between 1 and 4 days, depending on the package: Room Refresh in 1 day, Full Room Design in 2 days and 3D Premium in 4 days.
What if I want changes?
Every package includes revisions so the design can be adjusted to better match your preferences: 2 for Room Refresh, 3 for Full Room Design and 4 for 3D Premium.
Do you offer 3D visualisations?
Yes. Our 3D Premium package includes photorealistic renderings and optional walkthrough views.
How do I pay?
After you submit your brief, you get a secure PayPal link to pay straight away, by PayPal or card. Your design work starts as soon as payment is received.
